Personal assessments for the company's key people

Key people in a company have different strengths and approaches, which can lead to internal conflict, inefficiencies and reduced job satisfaction. Equally, people's natural tendencies and skills can create a very pleasant, effective and dynamic team or a pair of colleagues. We identify staff characteristics and behaviours that will help the work community to better understand its members and improve its performance.


Through an in-depth assessment of people, we are able to identify areas for development that are appropriate for each individual, and which can be developed to increase job satisfaction and effectiveness. We also help the company build a tracking system to monitor and further improve performance. We also have the courage to express constructively how not to manage or lead a particular person.

Personal assessments in connection with recruitment

Psychological and managerial assessments can be carried out on the top candidates identified during the search to support the client company's decision. The assessment will help to identify the personal strengths of the candidate, which can be harnessed to improve operational efficiency. The assessment accurately identifies the candidate's qualities for the future role. We are also able to assess candidates' business skills, their ability to manage financial ratios and how they present themselves to the media. The assessments, designed to meet the client's requirements, verify the candidate's suitability for the position sought, the current challenge and the person's ability to work with the rest of the organisation.

We offer a probationary period guarantee for the key person recruited through us in our client company.  If the candidate and the company are not able to work together during the probationary period, we will find a more suitable replacement free of charge. Sometimes the situation and the dynamics that arise surprise us too. When dealing with people, it is gracious and honest to admit that mistakes may happen.

Recruitment

We search for suitable candidates from among those interested in management and key positions, based on a jointly identified skills profile. We create a vacancy notice, get it approved by the client and publish it in the media appropriate for the situation and the sector. With our help, the application process is smooth, efficient and fast. We process candidates in a professional, fair and in-depth way. If necessary, an open application can be supplemented by a direct search.

Headhunting

We help you build a profile of skills and competencies that are right for the job, identifying the right skills and ensuring that the most suitable person is found. We search for candidates who optimally match the profile for key and management positions in the company. We present a sufficient number of the best available candidates to our client. Often it is at least three, sometimes exactly one. If you so wish, we can combine a direct search with an open application and a public recruitment process.
