HPK ja Armstrong yhteistyössä palvelemaan yritysten henkilöstötarpeita

HPK Liiga Oy ja Armstrong Ammattiturva Oy ovat perustaneet Armstrong HML Oy:n, joka tarjoaa Kanta-Hämeen alueella henkilöstövuokrausta sekä rekrytointipalveluja. Armstrong Ammattiturva Oy omistaa uudesta yhtiöstä 60 % ja HPK Liiga Oy 40 %.

Armstrong HML Oy:n hallituksen puheenjohtaja Jukka-Pekka Annala on pitkän linjan henkilöstö- ja rekrytointialan taitaja. Hän halusi tarjota Hämeenlinnan alueelle palvelun, johon HPK kutsuttiin mukaan.

"Rekrytointi on aina paikallista ja juurevaa tekemistä sekä kunkin paikkakunnan ihmisten ja yritysten luonteen mukaista. Hämeenlinna on hieno ja perinteinen paikka Suomessa ja HPK on olennainen osa sen identiteettiä ja kulttuuria. Tuomme HPK:lle ja Hämeenlinnaan vahvan henkilöstöalan osaamisemme ja saamme HPK:sta leveäharteisen kumppanin, joka pystyy yhdessä meidän kanssamme auttamaan alueen yrityksiä näissä teemoissa", kertoo Annala.

Armstrong Hämeenlinna on ensimmäinen HPK:n kasvutavoitteiden mukaisista uusista liiketoimista, joka ei ole sidottu HPK:n jääkiekkojoukkueen toimintaan. HPK Liiga Oy:n toimitusjohtaja Kaj Källarsson edustaa HPK:ta yhtiössä hallituksen jäsenenä.

"HPK:n tehtävä yhtiössä on olla mahdollistaja. Avaamme oven yrityksille, jotka tarvitsevat paikallista, ensiluokkaista henkilöstöpalvelua ja toisaalta uskomme laajan kumppaniverkostomme mahdollistavan hyvän kasvupotentiaalin Armstrong HML Oy:lle. Olemme puhuneet muutoksesta, joka on saatava aikaan, ja haemme kasvua jäähallin ulkopuolelta. Armstrongin ehdotettua yhteistä yritystoimintaa, koimme, että pääsemme järkevällä investoinnilla lupaavaan ja paikallista elinvoimaa kehittävään liiketoimintaan mukaan. Kun yhteisö, jossa toimimme, voi hyvin, myös HPK voi hyvin", kertoo Källarsson.
